This is great not only for newcomers, but also for people who have been living in Canada for a long time. The house itself is clean and pleasant. The manager is very polite, patient, he will help you with any questions.

The staff are very friendly and very helpful. The rent is very reasonable, and any maintenance issues are taken care of right away. Garneau Towers is a great place to live. We are two blocks from the LRT and are on many bus routes, as well as very close to the UofA Hospital, and the UofA campus.
