CAPREIT’s Vendor Code of Conduct
At CAPREIT, we believe that everyone deserves to be treated with respect, honesty, and dignity, and that we must avoid behavior that is inappropriate (or even has the appearance of being inappropriate) in all instances. We are committed to ensuring that our business relationships with our Vendors abide by the highest standard of ethics and that we do the right thing. CAPREIT’s expectation is that every Vendor with which it does business demonstrates the same commitment to these values and conducts their operations in a responsible and ethical manner.

Start the application Process
You can start the process by downloading, completing and submitting the Vendor Application Package (see below).
The application process is the first step to learn more about your business so that we can see if there is a fit for the projects that we have across our organization.
What do you need to get started? When filling out the form you will need the following information and documents:
- GST Number
- Workers Compensation Information
- Insurance Information
- Copies of your policies and procedures
- Copies of your permits and licenses
- Business references
- Pricing/costing information
