We took care to develop exciting programs specifically designed to provide our team members unique opportunities. We want them to learn in a comfortable, engaging and professionally facilitated environment. Each of our four different Building Leaders programs, is tailored to a different group of employees.
We developed the LEAD Mentoring program specifically to help our employees grow as leaders. They learn to live and breathe the seven competencies that represent our organization, that we want in every level of leadership.
We created this program as a two-year operations-focused course. It’s specially designed to rotate participants through every aspect of the business. Candidates spend the first year working in many of our corporate departments, including IT, People and Culture, Procurement, Accounting and Finance, Acquisitions, and Marketing.
Adopted in our everyday behaviours and decision-making, CAPREIT has seven leadership competencies that form the bedrock of our culture and values.
