Since [CAPREIT] has taken over [Lakeview Pointe], we have been very happy. We transferred into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no hassle. [The Property Manager ] listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful.
