Lived here while working at the hospital—easy walk, even in poor weather. Also an easy walk to Whyte Avenue...I always felt safe and the office staff and building employees were always very helpful and friendly whenever I needed anything and I wouldn’t hesitate to live there again if I move back to Edmonton.

Since CAPREIT has taken over Lakeview Pointe, we have been very happy. We transferred into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no hassle. The Property Manager listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. All staff are professional and very pleasant to deal with.

I really enjoy living here so far. Great appliances, nice flooring, and great location in the central of downtown - only 5mins walk to LRT. And great great great staff! I was impressed by Ishak, who is super friendly, patient and helpful!!! I applied [for] this apartment in the very last minute...so I was rushed to look for a new place.
