Since CAPREIT has taken over Lakeview Pointe, we have been very happy. We transferred into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no hassle. The Property Manager listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. Beautiful lake view. Close to superstore, Walmart and anything you may need. No need to cross the bridge on weekend is perfect. On site amenities, rooftop patio with view of the lake and a responsive management team. Good sized 2 bedroom with nice finishes....a great place to call home.
