Great place to live as a student at [the] UofA. I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program - staff is friendly and professional, building is clean, community is nice and had no issues with maintenance or deposit returns....for the price and community, it was worth it. Would recommend.

Mayfair is a wonderful place to live with equally wonderful staff members! Tammy specifically is amazing.
