Mayfair is a wonderful place to live with equally wonderful staff members! Tammy specifically is amazing. She always greets [us] when we walk by the office and she remembers small details about us (which is amazing with how many units there are). Since CAPREIT has taken over Lakeview Pointe, we have been very happy. We transferred into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no hassle. The Property Manager listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. All staff are professional and very pleasant to deal with.
