Mayfair is a wonderful place to live with equally wonderful staff members! Tammy specifically is amazing. She always greets [us] when we walk by the office and she remembers small details about us (which is amazing with how many units there are). She not only works very hard and answers all questions that we have but she is beyond kind! The kindness she has toward us makes this place more incredible to live at!

I really enjoy living here so far. Great appliances, nice flooring, and great location in the central of downtown - only 5mins walk to LRT. And great great great staff! This place is really convenient for life, most of the necessary shops and services are within walking distance. This is great not only for newcomers, but also for people who have been living in Canada for a long time. The house itself is clean and pleasant. The manager is very polite, patient, he will help you with any questions.

Great place to live as a student at [the] UofA. I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program - staff is friendly and professional, building is clean, community is nice and had no issues with maintenance or deposit returns....for the price and community, it was worth it. Would recommend.
