Nancy Hosford

Senior Director Operations

Nancy is CAPREIT’s Senior Director of Operations for Alberta, Saskatchewan, Vancouver and Kelowna BC. Nancy is a loyal, knowledgeable, and hard-working leader who inspires her team to always do their best by consistently acknowledging their value.

Nancy started as a Leasing Specialist at Garneau Towers in Edmonton back in August 2013, and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2017, before being promoted to Director of Operations for Alberta and Saskatchewan in 2020 (and subsequently also took responsibility for CAPREIT’s Kelowna properties).

You could say that working for CAPREIT runs in the family: Nancy was inspired to join the CAPREIT team by her father, the Property Manager at our Southwood Greene property in Regina, Saskatchewan.
