This edition highlights CAPREIT’s $70 million investment in energy efficiency upgrades, aimed at reducing carbon emissions and enhancing sustainability across 60 of our communities nationwide. We also feature Janet Humphreys who is celebrating her 50-year residency at 411 Duplex, in Toronto, Ontario. Additionally, we highlight the support from Holyrood Square residents in Edmonton, Alberta for the Refuge of Hope sanctuary in Bucerias, Mexico.
