Beautiful lake view. Close to superstore, Walmart and anything you may need. No need to cross the bridge on weekend is perfect. On site amenities, rooftop patio with view of the lake and a responsive management team. Good sized 2 bedroom with nice finishes....a great place to call home.

The common areas are pleasant, and there is a good rapport with the neighbours. The rooftop view, especially at night, is truly amazing.

I really enjoy living here so far. Great appliances, nice flooring, and great location in the central of downtown - only 5mins walk to LRT. And great great great staff! I was impressed by Ishak, who is super friendly, patient and helpful!!! I applied [for] this apartment in the very last minute...so I was rushed to look for a new place. Mayfair is a wonderful place to live with equally wonderful staff members! Tammy specifically is amazing. She always greets [us] when we walk by the office and she remembers small details about us (which is amazing with how many units there are). She not only works very hard and answers all questions that we have but she is beyond kind! The kindness she has toward us makes this place more incredible to live at!
