This place is really convenient for life, most of the necessary shops and services are within walking distance. This is great not only for newcomers, but also for people who have been living in Canada for a long time. The house itself is clean and pleasant. Great place to live as a student at [the] UofA. I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program - staff is friendly and professional, building is clean, community is nice and had no issues with maintenance or deposit returns....for the price and community, it was worth it. Would recommend.
