I really enjoy living here so far. Great appliances, nice flooring, and great location in the central of downtown - only 5mins walk to LRT. And great great great staff! I was impressed by Ishak, who is super friendly, patient and helpful!!! I applied [for] this apartment in the very last minute...so I was rushed to look for a new place. My friends and I have been staying in this apartment since September 2021. Merideth who works at the rental office is so welcoming and super kind to talk to and super friendly. We would definitely love to stay here for another year as we felt at home. Highly recommended!!!

Great place to live as a student at [the] UofA. I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program - staff is friendly and professional, building is clean, community is nice and had no issues with maintenance or deposit returns....for the price and community, it was worth it. Would recommend.
