Beautiful lake view. Close to superstore, Walmart and anything you may need. No need to cross the bridge on weekend is perfect. On site amenities, rooftop patio with view of the lake and a responsive management team. Good sized 2 bedroom with nice finishes....a great place to call home.

From the first moment in the presentation of the apartment, Curtis was very patient, answered all questions and was very helpful. Process without bureaucracy, fast and reliable. Since CAPREIT has taken over Lakeview Pointe, we have been very happy. We transferred into a 2 bedroom from a 1 bedroom with no hassle. The Property Manager listened to our needs and concerns and did everything to accommodate us. It's well kept, clean and the view of the lake is beautiful. All staff are professional and very pleasant to deal with.

Great place to live as a student at [the] UofA. I lived here for 2 years during my graduate program - staff is friendly and professional, building is clean, community is nice and had no issues with maintenance or deposit returns....for the price and community, it was worth it. Would recommend.
