How can I book an Elevator?

Go under Make an Amenity Booking, click book and select a Booking date and length. You receive a confirmation email and or SMS depending on your communication preference.

I would like to update my phone number, can I do that?

Yes, there is a section for Personal Information, you can update your email and or phone number. Click the View Profile button, you are asked for a verification code to update the information that is send either via email or SMS depending on what you choose.

I’m receiving communications in English, I’d prefer them in French, how can I change the preference?

Go to the setting button on the right side of the screen, click the language and select your preferred language.

How can I register on the Resident Portal?

What are considered common areas?

Common areas include rental offices, lobbies, hallways, elevators, laundry rooms, locker storage rooms, meeting rooms, party rooms, and any other common use area or facilities.

Who do I contact in an emergency?

In an emergency you can contact your Community Manager. If the office is closed or the Community Manager cant be reached you can reach out to the emergency contact center who will find a representative of the landlord to assist you. Call 911 first for fire or life safety emergencies.

Can I rent my home?

Land Lease communities have rules regarding subletting which would include renting your home. Some communities prohibit subletting. Always check with your Community Manager before renting your home.

Who takes care of lot maintenance?

Residents are responsible for the care and maintenance of their lot, cutting the grass, landscaping, plowing the driveway, keeping the lot clean. Residents are also responsible for any home maintenance. The landlord will service all community infrastructure such as roads, water and sewer distribution.
