Connecting with the future of our industry at Queen’s Real Estate Conference

This November, our Investments and Strategic Finance team had the incredible opportunity to connect with Queen’s University students through a session hosted by the Queen’s Real Estate Investment Association. (QRIA)

The team shared insights to over 80 attendees into the acquisition lifecycle, providing students with a deeper understanding of the process.

The session capped off in a dynamic case competition centered on our newly acquired 1770 Pendrell Street asset in Vancouver, BC. This unique challenge tested participants’ commercial real estate knowledge, with this year’s winners showcasing exceptional modeling and presentation skills.

“The Investment & Strategic Finance Team was absolutely thrilled to meet so many bright and talented students at Queen’s University this November during the session hosted by QRIA. It was incredible to see their creativity and problem-solving skills as they tackled a case competition.”

Thank you to QRIA for organizing this event and to the students for their enthusiasm and engagement!
