Marlene’s journey with CAPREIT began at Fiddler’s West in London, where she first joined the team as a cleaner. Motivated by a genuine desire to help others, she quickly found her calling in leasing. Since then, Marlene has grown into a cornerstone of our London Leasing team—known not only for her expertise, but for the kindness, compassion, and humanity she brings to every interaction.
For many residents and organizations in London, Marlene is more than a leasing professional—she’s a trusted partner and a lifeline. Through her ongoing work with the London Cross-Cultural Learner Centre (LCCLC) and St. Leonard’s Community Services, she helps newcomers, individuals in transition, and vulnerable community members secure safe, stable homes.
Marlene sees every person who walks through the door as more than someone looking for an apartment home. She listens. She advocates. She makes sure people feel seen and supported. Her impact reaches far beyond leasing—it’s about dignity, hope, and belonging.
